The bulding of 1896	The 5th Primary School of Pyrgos was founded in 1896. It was housed in many different buildings up to 1981 when it moved to a newly constructed building together with the 9th Nursery School and the School for Special Needs.
(click here if you want seethe name of the stoudent in 1896)	The fact that so many students with different needs exist under the same roof is a challenge and it is one that all teachers accomplish successfully, thanks to their love for what they are doing and to their high level of responsibility and ability.
The 5th School today	In our school many social events are organized, new methods and techniques are employed by our teachers along with the help of high technology (ie. Computers) and our students are aware of environmental and health issues of our time.
